Job Overview

We are looking for energetic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents at Auckland International Airport. The role involves providing top-notch customer service to our airline customers, freight forwarding, and custom agents while adhering to policies, standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills in Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize and plan work efficiently
• Capable of handling multiple tasks within set timeframes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ideally, experience in Track and Trace
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Full driver's license
• Team player with good communication skills
• Desirable to have freight forwarding experience

Additional Information

If selected, you will need to undergo an Airport Security check and a medical assessment. The position involves shift work on a rotational roster covering 7 days a week across a 24-hour operation. Uniform, car parking, and full training will be provided.
