Job responsibilities

- Provide positive engagement, role-modelling, and motivation for at-risk rangatahi - Assist with re-engagement in school/vocation, attend appointments, and manage daily activities - Support rangatahi with studies, life skills, and positive decision-making - Establish rapport with rangatahi who have experienced trauma

Qualifications

- High quality skills to work with rangatahi with behavioral issues - Ability to interact with rangatahi and provide care and support

Skills

- Skills in tikanga & te reo Māori are advantageous - Open-minded, team player, and committed to achieving Oranga Tamariki's vision - Resilience, maturity, reliability, and honesty
