At Yu Mei, we are seeking talented retail assistants to join our Newmarket Lounge on a casual basis. As a member of our team, you will be part of a small, purpose-driven organization that values collaboration, innovation, and community engagement. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and be motivated to uphold the brand's reputation for quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and memorable service to customers, ensuring exceptional brand and product experiences.
• Respond promptly to customer queries across all communication channels and escalate issues when necessary.
• Complete administrative tasks efficiently and on time, contributing to high employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Support team morale and cultivate an inclusive and supportive culture through motivation and encouragement.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational performance that exceeds company standards.
• Promote customer satisfaction, enhance brand reputation, and encourage repeat business.
• Engage with the Yu Mei community and guests, assist with VIP events, and contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Ensure location security and uphold maintenance standards at retail lounge locations.

Requirements

While one year of experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not required. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, innovative, and committed to delivering exceptional service. A passion for luxury goods and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment are essential.
