Job Description

As a Catalogue and Merch Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and updating product information and images in online and print catalogs. This role requires technical, analytical, and creative skills, along with attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Collate and load catalog and promotional activity
• Communicate Black & White information from marketing NZ to stores
• Load monthly Catalogues, Major sales, and Promotions
• Create compliance files and order files
• Maintain Promotions Calendar and Compliance Calendar
• Develop systems to streamline catalogue and promotional activities
• Work with various teams to improve store systems for catalogue preparation and execution

Experience and Skills

• At least 1 year of store-level experience preferred
• Good knowledge of store catalogue procedures
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numeracy skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new programs
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
