Change Manager - Fixed Term Contract Full-time Job

Key points:

- Change Manager position - Fixed Term contract until December 19, 2025 - Auckland CBD location - Immediate start within the next 2 weeks - Opportunity to deliver and embed change in a large complex organization

Job responsibilities:

- Change plan and execution - Key contact for change advice, impact, business engagement, and embedding change - Support delivery of change initiatives and assess resource requirements - Plan and deliver effective change with programme leads, teams, and sponsors - Minimize risks and business impact, maximize engagement - Integrate change across stakeholder groups - Provide change reporting, updates, and heat map data - Build change capability and provide training

Qualifications:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Change/ Communications, Programme/Project delivery, Organisational Psychology preferred

Skills:

- Experience in change management, communications, HR - People-centric approach - Knowledge of business transformation and organizational change in large organizations - Experience managing change at Program level
