Job requirements:

- Tertiary Qualification in a Safety related discipline - Significant proven experience in managing safety in a dynamic risk environment - Excellent presentation, reporting, and facilitation skills - Experience working with progressive safety principles - Ability to influence and support organization leaders

Job responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, co-ordinate, and promote HSW initiatives - Build and maintain relationships with function managers, health & safety representatives, and colleagues - Assist in creating compliant workplaces and overseeing safety workplan - Lead/participate in safety practices/initiatives such as risk management, investigations, and policy development - Provide analysis/statistics on health & safety matters for decision-making

Qualifications:

- Strong technical skills with positive safety leadership and a growth mindset - Demonstrated commitment to professional development

Skills:

- Proven experience in safety management - Excellent presentation and facilitation skills - Ability to engage with organizational experts and influence leaders
