Human Resource Business Partner Full-time Job

Key points:

- Permanent position in a NZ owned business at Wiri - Generalist senior level role in the logistics industry - Partner with senior management to deliver HR strategies

Job responsibilities:

- Partner with senior management and key stakeholders for HR strategies - Manage employee relations issues, performance management, and more - Assist with onboarding, training, and development - Monitor compliance and prepare employee documentation - Continuous change management and remuneration reviews - Work with unions and legal bodies

Qualifications:

- Experience in HR or similar role - Knowledge of New Zealand HR processes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution

Skills:

- Proven HR Business Partner experience - Strong knowledge of NZ HR best practices - Excellent communication skills - Ability to manage employee relations and conflict resolution - Ability to build relationships at all levels
