Your Role

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting the lounge menu, catering to a diverse range of airline passengers. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver a premium service and product experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
• Expertise in High-end Baking/Pastry
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Up-to-date knowledge of Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety legislation
• Food safety Unit Standards 167 and 168 or equivalent
• Passion for quality food
• Demonstrated kitchen leadership skills
