Are you a seasoned head Chef looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Gloria Jeans Cafe in Glenfield Mall is searching for a suitably qualified individual to fill the position of Head Chef/Manager. We are seeking a motivated and innovative chef who can work collaboratively with our existing team in our new cafe. Your main responsibilities will include creating fresh and eye-catching cabinet offerings, developing our breakfast and lunch menus, and maintaining our high Cafe menu standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have experience managing staff in both front of house and kitchen operations, possess skills in cabinet food and menu presentation, demonstrate an artistic flair for food presentation, stay updated on current food trends, and be able to work efficiently under pressure while upholding high standards of accuracy and presentation. Additionally, you should have a thorough understanding of and ability to implement and maintain food control policies, maintain a clean and tidy work environment, have a strong command of the English language, excel in stock ordering, food rotation, and usage.
