The Company

Our client is a prominent and internationally recognized luxury fashion house, renowned for its modern and classic ready-to-wear collections. They are currently looking for a Client Advisor/Sales Associate who is passionate about Menswear Fashion and has a keen eye for style.

The Role

• Engage and build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized styling advice and product knowledge
• Showcase expertise in menswear ready-to-wear, with a preference for experience in tailoring and alterations
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of current fashion trends and provide personalized recommendations for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and leaves with a memorable shopping experience
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in menswear ready-to-wear, with an understanding of tailoring and alterations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse clients
• Passion for delivering unparalleled customer service and creating a luxurious shopping atmosphere
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends and holidays
• Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends
• Proactive attitude, willingness to constantly learn and improve, and ability to step out of your comfort zone
