Responsibilities of the Client Manager:

As a Client Manager at Aon, you will: - Lead a diverse portfolio of clients in the general insurance space. - Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience. - Identify development opportunities for your designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions. - Develop new and profitable business within the Commercial segment. - Contribute to the strategic direction of the Commercial business. - Achieve renewal and new business budget targets. - Provide mentorship and development for team members within the region.

Skills and Experience:

To excel in this role, you should have: - Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products. - Tier 1 Qualification. - Excellent client relationship management capabilities. - Experience or interest in mentorship and team leadership. - Outstanding communication and presentation skills. - Entrepreneurial flair with demonstrated new business success. - Leadership and management experience. - Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant working experience. - Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
