A 100% Kiwi-owned business is seeking a Business Development Manager to contribute to the recent expansion of their offices across the company. Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with client portfolios and ensure customer retention
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
• Negotiate rates and terms with underwriters
• Maintain an existing portfolio of commercial clients by managing policy changes, endorsements, and alterations
• Analyze client requirements and provide optimal cover solutions

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry and possess a level 5 qualification. They must demonstrate the ability to acquire new business, establish relationships quickly, and effectively manage the current client portfolio.
