Role Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on the NZ Personal Lines Insurance market
• Collaborate with insurance partners to enhance Onesurance policy coverage
• Manage Onesurance's national schemes and ensure growth and profitability
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
• Provide guidance to internal teams and stakeholders
• Support pricing reviews and data analytics needs

Skills & Experience Required:

• ANZIIF Certificate IV (Associate) Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of personal lines insurance experience
• Strong understanding of policy wording coverage and industry legislation
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in systems, technology, and communication
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building abilities
