Job Opportunity: Clinic Operations and Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a Clinic Operations and Marketing Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, managing front desk responsibilities, and leading our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to maintain efficiency
• Manage front desk duties, including scheduling and administrative tasks
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the clinic
• Create engaging content for social media platforms
• Engage online communities to drive business growth
• Plan and organize events to attract new clients
• Monitor and optimize marketing performance
• Provide support to the clinic owner
• Ensure high standards of client care and satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in clinic management or a related role
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation
• Proficiency in Facebook and Instagram management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good work ethics and attention to detail
• Experience in community event planning
