Join Our Team as a Clinical Advisor for Integrated Recovery

Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Advisor for Integrated Recovery to join our skilled interdisciplinary team based in Auckland, Christchurch, Hamilton, Dunedin, or Wellington. As a Clinical Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based clinical guidance to frontline teams, optimizing rehabilitation outcomes for injured individuals, and developing new integrated ways of delivering clinical advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Joining a skilled interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based clinical guidance
  • Optimizing rehabilitation outcomes for injured individuals
  • Developing new integrated ways of delivering clinical advice
  • Participating in quality assessment and audit activities
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of Clinical Services

Important Skills:

Essential skills for this role include a relevant medical, psychology, or other clinical qualification, at least 5 years of clinical experience, current Annual Practising Certificate, and professional medical indemnity insurance. The ideal candidate should embody ACC behaviors, be adaptable, an excellent communicator, proactive, and have experience in complex rehabilitation.

Desirable Skills:

Desirable skills include familiarity with ACC systems, proven successful experience working in interdisciplinary teams, managing self through change, and an understanding of ACC legislation and complex rehabilitation.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 per annum with additional superannuation. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to be based in one of the specified locations. Applications close on 14 July 2024.
