The Role:

Join their Internal Collections team in a phone-based role where you will engage with customers about their unpaid debts. Your goal will be to assist customers in setting up affordable repayment plans to clear their debts. This is a target-driven role with a purposeful mission.

About You:

• Phone-based work experience required
• Ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds
• Empathy and respect for others
• Strong self-motivation and results-oriented
• Quick and accurate keyboard skills
