The Opportunity

As a Finance Business Partner at Orbit World Travel, you will report to the Managing Director and play a crucial role in providing financial and commercial decision support to the leadership team. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve financial performance, ensure compliance, and drive margin growth in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review management reports for the leadership team
• Ensure financial compliance across the business
• Develop financial models for cost-saving initiatives, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage customer pricing and identify income enhancement opportunities
• Partner with sales for financial targets monitoring and budget analysis
• Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans
• Enhance business reporting through tools like PowerBI
• Manage and mentor 2 direct reports

About You

The ideal candidate for this role is a CA-qualified Accountant with experience in financial planning and analysis. Previous exposure to the commercial sector, particularly in tourism or related industries, is highly beneficial. You should possess strong communication skills, a business-oriented mindset, and a passion for driving business performance through financial insights and improvements.
