Job Overview

As the M&A lead advisory partner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality transaction advisory services to a portfolio of clients, contributing to the firm's growth, and providing leadership to the Auckland office. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client and referrer relationships
• Identify and implement appropriate solutions for clients
• Act on opportunities to develop new relationships
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
• Participate in setting budgets and work plans
• Identify and cultivate business development opportunities

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of corporate finance experience in a leadership role and a strong understanding of New Zealand's corporate finance landscape. They should have a track record of generating fees and managing client portfolios, as well as a passion for client service and team management.
