Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Promote and expand the company's commercial exposure
• Review and evaluate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Measure and quantify scope of work accurately
• Manage contract variations and disputes
• Prepare and submit variation pricing
• Review material and contractor invoices

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or Construction Project Management
• Experience in the façade industry
• New Zealand Driver’s License
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
