Consultant/Client-Side Project Manager - Vertical/Property Focus

We are seeking a driven and experienced Consultant/Client-Side Project Manager with a vertical/property focus to join our team in Auckland. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and grow as a project manager.

About the Role:

• Provide independent, consultant project management services on a range of projects
• Work on projects ranging from design management to construction
• Opportunities for growth, challenge, and development
• Manage projects with budgets ranging from $5 million to $100+ million

About You:

• 4+ years' experience in construction with a vertical/property focus
• Professional services/consulting experience
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Relevant qualification such as PMP is highly valued

Job Details:
