Responsibilities:

As a Community Connector, you will provide direct support and guidance to whānau, facilitating their access to community services and resources. Your primary focus will be on connecting the community with valuable information and services while working closely with various stakeholders to address individual needs effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess: - Experience in community work and networking - Knowledge of the Health and Social Sector, particularly NGO practices - Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse communities - Ability to establish and maintain relationships with community stakeholders - Passion for supporting vulnerable populations and promoting wellbeing
