### Skills and Experience Required: - Experience in long-term conditions, aged residential care, or medical care - Intermediate level computer and online information recording skills - Ability to plan and organize caseloads effectively - Current full driver's license - Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and cultural sensitivity - Desire to show awareness and understanding of diversity
