Overview: Starship Community is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to fill the role of Locality Lead. This position offers the opportunity to influence change within children’s community services and to provide clinical and operational leadership to staff working in community locality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and support to locality teams
- Collaborate with internal and external networks
- Deliver excellent community healthcare services
- Align with the strategic direction of Te Toka Tumai
Qualifications and Skills:
- Senior Registered Clinician
- Relevant qualification in healthcare
- Comprehensive knowledge of community health service delivery
- Experience in supervision, adult education, coaching/mentoring, or leadership
- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
