Contract Manager at Te Whatu Ora

As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing contract management strategies, drafting contracts, managing Key Performance Indicators, and overseeing contract renewals and variations to ensure timely completion.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

  • Perform contract management functions
  • Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Maintain category contracts management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, legal, finance, suppliers, and other teams
  • Support commercial outcomes and mitigate risks

About You

Skills and experience required:

  • Negotiation and contract management experience
  • Knowledge of procurement practices
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of commercial documents and contracts
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Commitment to Te Tiriti partnership and principles
