Position: Corporate Commercial Lawyer

This role offers a unique opportunity to advance your legal career by working on various aspects of Anderson Lloyd's premium Corporate Commercial practice. You will collaborate with experienced Partners Anne McLeod and Sarah Simmers on engaging and complex work including capital raising, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate advisory services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of PQE in Corporate Commercial law
• Desire to gain exposure in this practice area

Location

The role offers flexibility to be based in either Christchurch or Auckland.
