CRAFTSPERSON - WELDER / FABRICATOR Full-time Job

Job requirements

- Experience as a Welder Fabricator (MIG & TIG)

- Experience in cutting, milling, drilling, and sanding

- Experience in machining, drill, and lathe work

- Experience in high-quality finishing

- Experience with onsite installations

- Experience with engineering/architectural drawings and the ability to interpret drawing instructions

- Ability to understand design challenges and provide innovative solutions to problem solve

- Awareness of quality assurance throughout a manufacturing process

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Qualifications

- Welding, drilling, and fabrication experience

- Full NZ driver's license

- NZ residency

- NZ SiteSafe accreditation (ideal)

Skills

- Experience in welding, cutting, milling, drilling, and sanding

- Ability to interpret engineering/architectural drawings

- Problem-solving skills
