We are seeking a Senior Business Manager with a minimum of 4-5+ years of agency experience. Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Manager at FEDERATION, you will be tasked with managing day-to-day project needs for a diverse portfolio of client accounts alongside our Client Business Partners. Your responsibilities include:

• Great thinking and client relationship skills
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
• Collaboration with agency teams and suppliers to ensure project delivery
• Strong financial management skills, including estimating, invoicing, and reconciling
• Effective time management, especially under pressure
• Experience and understanding of marketing projects and media channels

Requirements

To qualify as a Senior Business Manager at FEDERATION, you should meet the following criteria:

• 4+ years of industry experience as a Senior Business Manager
• Bachelor of Communications or equivalent relevant degree or experience
• Proficiency in integrated campaign management
