  • Resolving customer queries related to invoices or payments

  • Providing regular reports on debtor status to management
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution and credit adjustment processes

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Credit & Collections
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with SAP or another large ERP system
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
