### Role Overview As the key liaison for clients, which include construction firms, architects, project managers, engineers, and homeowners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimum customer service for all internal and external stakeholders. From providing technical advice and quotes to order release, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

### Responsibilities - Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries - Maintain customer relationships and provide support - Collaborate with internal stakeholders - Answer customer queries on pricing, turnaround times, and technical information - Enter and review customer pricing and CRM data

### Desired Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service or Sales Support - Ability to read and interpret building plans - Proficient in software programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, and ERP systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent time management and prioritization abilities - Professional communication style, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with clients - Team player with a positive and engaging attitude
