Roles and Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:
- Being the welcoming face of our Swim School, providing exceptional service to both children and adults
- Handling multiple tasks efficiently, especially during busy periods
- Owning the reception area during peak times
- Demonstrating top-notch customer service in-person and over the phone

Job Expectations
The typical work hours for this position are 1pm to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm for one weekday shift during the School Term. Holiday hours are more flexible and can be arranged based on mutual agreement.
