The Role

As a crucial member of our Henderson team, you'll be the friendly voice and efficient hand behind our customer interactions. Handling everything from order processing to warranty inquiries, you'll ensure every customer experience is seamless. You'll also provide vital support to our administrative functions, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

About You

If you're a master of first impressions with top-notch communication skills, this role is for you. Your lightning-fast data entry skills and knack for problem-solving will set you apart. With previous experience in customer service, you know how to deliver prompt and accurate assistance to our valued customers.
