Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative in the Genetic Industry

Overview:

We are offering a 12-month temporary contract for a Customer Service Representative to join our leading provider of genetic information and support services for sheep and beef farmers in Auckland CBD. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in agriculture or genetics to gain valuable experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries via phone and email
• Accurate data entry and packaging of samples
• Handling Sheep & Cattle samples
• Liaising with the Genetics Field Force
• Supporting accounts payable/receivables
• Promoting positive customer service and resolving issues effectively

Requirements:

• Proficient data entry skills
• Knowledge of New Zealand cattle/sheep industries (preferred)
• Intermediate Microsoft Suite proficiency
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
