Responsibilities

• Inputting orders accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth processing
• Managing customer inquiries with prompt and effective communication
• Supporting production flow and logistics to meet customer demands
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize processes
• Providing exceptional service to maintain strong customer relationships

If you have previous experience in a similar customer service role within the steel industry, are a team player with excellent communication skills, and have proven problem-solving abilities, we want to hear from you.
