**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Representative at RDNS New Zealand, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional services to our clients. This dynamic position entails:

- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure top-quality service delivery - Efficiently rostering over 11,000 client appointments weekly - Handling various tasks within the operations team and community - Working primarily from our Penrose office

**Available Shifts**

- Permanent Full-Time: Monday to Friday (11:00 am - 7:00 pm) - Permanent Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday (7:00 am - 7:00 pm)
