Job requirements
- **A current First Aid Certification** - **Six months or more experience working in a customer-facing position** - **Proven customer service and administration skills** - **A recognised Fitness Qualification (preferred)** - **Experience working in a recreation environment (preferred)** - **Knowledge and understanding of the operations of a recreation facility (preferred)**
Job responsibilities
- Maintaining process documentation - Supporting casual staff on reception - Responding to customer enquiries through multiple channels (in person, phone, email) - Supporting large scale events coming through reception - Ensuring members have a fantastic experience - General administrative support
Qualifications
