Job responsibilities:

- Support customers with escalations within company guidelines & KPI’s - Develop specialized knowledge to enhance customer experience - Monitor work volumes and report new issues - Process escalated issues from other departments - Maintain contact with customers to reach resolutions - Lead meetings and provide guidance to the team - Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of relevant experience - Degree qualified preferable
