Location and Work Hours

This position is based on-site in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand, and is a full-time role with 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support staff member, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Moderating in-game chat and our forums
• Assisting customers via email, private message, and live chat

Requirements
