Are you experienced in supporting and maintaining large complex application environments? Auckland Transport is on the lookout for a talented individual to join their Cloud Application team as a D365 Cloud Application Engineer. Based in a modern CBD waterfront office in Auckland, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization through a transformation program to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable transport options.

Your Role

As a D365 Cloud Application Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, and maintenance of customer-centric web applications like D365 and Azure DevOps. Your key responsibilities will include D365 application support, contributing to the Application Strategy, understanding application roadmaps and integrations, and providing technical support for legacy and cloud services. You will also be involved in upskilling and mentoring colleagues and ensuring high availability of customer-facing application services.

About You

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in supporting large complex application environments and delivering technology solutions across multiple platforms. You should have a relevant tertiary qualification and previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will be essential for this role. Practical knowledge of coding/scripting and automation is desired.
