Job Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing IT or Application Support role
  • Experience with retail software and systems that connect stores to a warehouse or head office
  • Proficiency in SQL and SSMS for database management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory environments, and network administration
  • Strong logical reasoning and debugging skills
  • Excellent time-management and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with non-tech savvy individuals

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Provide technical support to customers regarding product-related questions and issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and technical problems
  • Assist with software upgrades and deployments
  • Utilize VPN, SQL, and other tools to diagnose and correct client issues
  • Collaborate with developers and customers to address and resolve issues promptly
