Job requirements

• 5+ years’ specific NZ Design Management experience, main contractor preferred (overall 10+ years industry exp)
• Strong understanding of design standards, codes of practice and current legislation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job responsibilities

• Oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with all HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct design reviews of tender documentation and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate on design development and review with subcontractors
• Ensure the design process meets contract obligations and aligns with the company's strategic direction
• Manage authority processes pre-construction, including obtaining building consents

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ specific NZ Design Management experience
