Job requirements

- **7 to 10+ years relevant project/development management experience in New Zealand.** - **Strong project manager with strong commercial acumen.** - **No Visa restrictions to work in NZ.** - **Strong communication skills.** - **Ideally responsibility in the past as an ETC Engineer to the Contract, or sufficient experience with contracts.**

Job responsibilities

- Ownership of managing development projects and staff responsible from concept to construction. - Managing projects and growing business within the company. - Delivery of projects and management of a small team.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in project management or development management in multi-unit residential developments. - Background in QS, Engineering, Architecture, PM, or DM.
