About the Role:

In this role, you will provide high-quality business analyst support within a project environment. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing plans for delivering business analysis requirements, analyzing business processes, identifying issues, and recommending solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and have the opportunity to grow and develop within the role.

Key responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Agile experience, particularly in the life insurance industry
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and requirements gathering
  • Experience with delivery involving multiple development teams
  • Working with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Agile project management tools and software
