Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and support on ER cases to HRBPs and consultants.
• Manage complex cases, including mediation and ERA cases.
• Educate leaders on identifying and managing ER issues.
• Build strong relationships internally and externally.

Requirements for Ideal Candidate

• Extensive experience in Employee Relations.
• Mediation and ERA experience preferred.
• Background in legal employment practice or IR.
• Proven ability to provide practical guidance to stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and confident ER practitioner.
