Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment sales and candidate care.
  • Deliver top-tier candidates to meet clients’ business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand recruitment needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Source, screen, and engage suitable candidates for job roles.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Network with the wider community to generate new candidate pipelines.
  • Schedule candidates for job placements and ensure they are "work ready".
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience in blue-collar recruitment preferred.
  • Self-driven with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solution-focused with a positive attitude and a valid NZ driver’s license.
