Role Overview
As the Engagement and Communications Manager, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to enhance ATWC's visibility, forge key partnerships, and drive fundraising initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing communication plans, cultivating relationships with stakeholders, leading campaigns and events, and managing a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative engagement and communication strategies
- Build strong relationships with affiliated groups and networks
- Create engaging internal messaging to amplify ATWC's impact
- Drive fundraising efforts and donation strategies
- Enhance the capabilities of the engagement and communication team
Qualifications and Skills
Successful candidates for this role should possess:
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in developing compelling content across various mediums
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and strategies
- Strong analytical skills to adapt strategies based on feedback
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and interpersonal finesse
- Understanding of diverse cultures and a commitment to Ti Tiriti o Waitangi
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand and a valid driver's license
