About the Position

Starship Digital and Community Engagement Service is seeking an experienced digital and marketing manager to lead its growing digital team. The ideal candidate will shape strategy and implementation, ensuring integration across Starship’s digital activities. This role plays a crucial part in progressing Māori and Pacific health equity initiatives. The successful applicant will work alongside a cohesive leadership team dedicated to realizing an ambitious new work programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing digital engagement strategies
  • Managing digital products and services with at least 3 years of experience
  • Leading and managing a team for a minimum of 3 years
  • Applying Te Tiriti o Waitangi in a digital context
  • Demonstrating strong technical knowledge
  • Project management, monitoring, and reporting
  • Possession of a full driver's license
