Position: ERP Project Support Junior

Job Description

A large East Tamaki based multi-branch organization in the building and construction industry is seeking a Project Support Junior to be part of the team responsible for implementing the ERP system Pronto across its branch network.

Responsibilities

• Testing system functions
• Inventory coding – maintain stock master data and existing stock codes; set up new stock codes and pricing
• Pricing review
• Phone support for users at 4 branches
• Potential assistance with user training

Required Skills and Experience

• Basic familiarity with ERP systems preferred
• Understanding of accounting function in a manufacturing organization
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills

Qualifications

This role is suitable for individuals with some ERP experience who are looking for hands-on involvement in a 12-month assignment to support the successful implementation of a cloud-based ERP system for an established organization with multiple branches.

Contract Details

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position. Applicants must be New Zealand residents and willing to commit to the full duration of the contract.
