The Role
Precinct is seeking an ESG Analyst Graduate to join their Analytics team. This role involves providing data management and analytical support for ESG reporting obligations, environmental data analysis, and information management. Reporting to the Head of Analytics, you will collaborate with the analyst team, property analysts, and investment analysts to fulfill reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and managing ESG data for reporting
- Documenting and reporting ESG data to stakeholders
- Populating ESG datasets for analysis
- Developing ESG strategies to meet business objectives
- Verifying ESG representations in external communications
- Preparing business plans, reports, and presentations
- Participating in ESG awareness and training initiatives
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should ideally have a degree in Property, Environmental Engineering, Economics, or Finance/Accounting. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical skills, a passion for ESG analysis, and an interest in sustainable business practices. Familiarity with ESG trends, financial modeling, and MS Excel is essential. Knowledge of the NZ property market and excellent communication skills are also valuable assets.
