The Opportunity

As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager of Social Services, you will play a vital role in providing high-level support and administrative assistance. We are seeking a proactive and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong IT background. This fast-paced role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and IT systems
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Awareness and understanding of Maori values and protocols
