As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with experts in the field and contribute to meaningful research projects.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will provide executive administrative support to the Institute Director and other senior leaders. Your responsibilities will include diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and more. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Manage complex calendars and appointments
  • Arrange business travel and accommodation
  • Produce documents and presentations
  • Handle queries and organize visitor interactions
  • Support strategic planning and objectives

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have a relevant administration qualification and at least 5 years of administrative experience, with 2-3 years in an Executive Assistant role. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Benefit: $73,340 - $84,700 per year
